Quantity: 1-3 servings – Time: 15 minutes – Difficulty: Easy
- a block of butter (approx. 30g)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 250ml milk
- 200g Cheddar cheese (Musa)
- cayenne pepper and salt
- Melt the butter cubes in a saucepan.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of flour and mix.
- Add milk.
- Let sauce simmer while stirring until the mixture forms some bubbles.
- At that point add the cheddar cheese, salt and cayenne.
- Mix quickly until the cheese melts.
- Let it to cool for a while.
