Quantity: 10 portions – Time: 15min – Difficulty: Easy
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- 2 can coconut milk (only the meaty part)
- 2 Medjool dates
- 4 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2-6 tbsp activated charcoal
Optional toppings :
- A dash of black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut slices
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a high-speed blender with a tamper.
Pour everything in a 23 cm x 10 cm loaf pan. Optional: you can line it with parchment paper to prevent the ice cream from sticking to the sides.
Let it sit in the freezer for at least five hours.
Serve and sprinkle with optional toppings (or other toppings of your choice).
