This is where the French expatriates would normally gather around for a relaxing breakfast or a power up lunch.
Founded by Eric Kayser in 1996, Maison Kayser is an authentic artisanal French Bakery. All the way from Paris to the sunny Singapore island! Out of the 4 outlets, we love the one at Serangoon MyVillage Mall the most because it’s the only spot that holds the Bakery – Café – Restaurant concept.
Daily baking is done in-house early in the morning, using natural leaven, finest ingredients and long fermentation processes to produce best quality bakes.
Maison Kayser proposes a wide selection of breads, pastries, viennoiseries, baked goods, snacks… they also have a restaurant menu where you can findFrench classics and exotic creations.
When brunching, try their Egg Benedict; a huge slab of toasted sourdough, poached eggs, bacon, hollandaise sauce with mesclun salad on the side. Classics are always the right choice!
Lunch spread is available exclusively to this outlet with a variety of salads, mains, pasta and tartines. While the Ragoût De Boeuf catches our attention, their Tartine Avocat is what we would highly recommend. The use of a creamy fresh avocado, runny poached eggs, succulent chicken, smokey salmon and tasty guacamole works magically on the huge slice of sourdough.
You should not miss on their Brioche. Rich, buttery, full of flavor and ultra fluffy. We bet you won’t be able to order just one, especially when pairing it our all-time favorite Mocha.
Chocolate Truffle Slice, Apricot Tart and Coffee Eclair are few of the popular choices for tea and dessert time. They aren’t too sweet, they’re just right.
Get yourself a good cuppa to complement these sweeties. You are also welcome to pop by the place just to take away their bakes, conveniently displayed for your choosing. There is a bake for every tastebud. Find out which one is yours!
