Buzzing with diner crowds during meal period, it is clear that Ninja Cut is doing as well as her sister Ninja Bowl. Slate walls, marble tables, sturdy wooden chairs give the place an unpretentious industrial vibe along with the ‘nincredible’ wall mural and neon-lit ‘an artist is never poor’; the place is super chic and stylish!
They revamped their menu and it’s going Hawaiian this time! Find proteins paired with healthy bases such as quinoa, soba noodles or salad greens. Other than this, their all-day brunch is worth of all your love.
Maui Dream, a buttery crispy croissant that atop with a generous serving of jumbo crab lumps, mentaiko sauce (pollock roe), edamame, and chilli scrambled eggs. Definitely a lovely combination for a happy brunch.
Their Unagi Burger uses a big fat slab of flame-grilled unagi sandwiching between the golden brioche burger buns, smashed avocado, sweet potato fries, runny onsen egg and garden greens. Nothing Hawaiian but mad love for this creation because anything with unagi always works.
For the health conscious, just order the Moana Love. Sashimi-grade salmon and ahi tuna poké bowl that comes with either the truffle yuzu sauce or the spicy lime cilantro sauce drizzled on soba, quinoa or salad. We super love it with the truffle yuzu quinoa as they go really well with the juicy chunks of sashimi.
One should always have a good dessert to complete their meal. Happy Hula is a combination of fresh mango, passionfruit honey, fresh coconut, homemade coconut pineapple ice-cream on a crispy buttery croissant; unique, zesty and refreshing treat that will make you feel as though you are ready to attempt the traditional hula Polynesian dance after savoring. Fun fun!
It’s high time you somersault to Ninja Cut! They will be happy to “Mahalo” you for your visit!
